چکیده
From the sedimentation and diffusion constant values obtained in a solution containing 1 g./ 100 ml. H substance, and using the determined value of the partial specific volume, the molecular weight was calculated from the usual equation (Svedberg & Pedersen, 1940) giving a value of 320 000. From the same data the frictional ratio f/fo obtained was 4-2. This corresponds to an axial ratio of > 100, or may be interpreted as indicating a high degree of hydration.
